In accordance with article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium. By purchasing our digital products, the user accepts that:

1. The execution of the digital content begins immediately after purchase confirmation.
2. By giving this prior consent, the user loses their right of withdrawal and, therefore, no refunds will be made once access to or download of the file has been provided.

If the file has technical errors or malfunctions, the user has the right to its repair or replacement according to the regulations on legal guarantees. If this is not possible, a full refund of the amount would be processed.
